- Promoting only products and services that are of the highest quality and value, which are environmentally sound and appropriate to use for their intended purpose.
- Refraining from advertising, promoting, implying or using business practices that are deceptive, misleading or fraudulent.
- Writing contracts that are fair, free of ambiguities or omissions and are mutually beneficial to all parties concerned.
- Honoring all contractual and warranty related obligations within a timely manner that is fair to all parties concerned.
- Abiding with the rules and regulations prescribed by the various levels of government over which they exercise authority.
- Continuing to promote and govern industry standards, safe work habits and ethics
- Educating the consumer with respect to home renovation purchasing so they are able to make an informed decisions.
