Before we begin any renovation, we sit down with the client and inform them of the work that needs to be done and any precautions that need to be taken. We offer advice on how to best prepare ahead of time so that there is minimal disturbance during the renovation process. We also take the time to inform our own staff about the possible risks involved on the job site and discuss ways to keep them at a minimum. Part of this discussion is to remind our staff to use a "clean as you go" process. This means keeping the work site as clean as possible at all times, placing tools either away or someplace safe, and keeping an eye out for the safety of everyone.
Although we try to keep any impact to day-to-day operations a minimum, the amount of impact that a renovation has will depend on the scope of the project. In some cases, we may have to do work in an area that directly affects where your business is being done.
